I AM SO EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so excited...this is the week I've looked forward to since I arrived, well, really, since before I arrived....my brother, Douglas, arrives this Friday morning at 12:25am. He will leave Colorado on Wednesday morning...due to the time zone change he will be flying all day on Thursday, Thanksgiving Day...arriving in Singapore just after midnight. I am so excited. I can't wait to see him. I can't wait to show him around. I can't wait to see what he discovers while I am at work. I am so excited.

His emails have gotten really fun to read. From the early emails as he began to plan where he asked questions, to his more recent emails where he says things like "I'm so excited I could pee YOUR pants", his excitement is infectious!!!! He's dubbed this trip as the OIALT (Once In A Lifetime Trip) and I would agree...this is going to be so awesome!

I've been showing you all things I've seen and differences I've noticed, but I think I've gotten unaware in the past few weeks...that will all change as Douglas arrives and I begin to see things through his eyes. I was thinking about how odd it is he is coming for five weeks....the last time we spent five weeks together I think we were probably 13 and 16 or so....and back then we did NOT like each other at all. Now, that we are 16 and 19 (okay 45 and 48) we like each other and are looking forward to this. Life, it's so odd!!!

Did I mention that I'm so excited I could pee my pants!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
