GARAGE SALE!!!!!!

I can't remember how I heard about this, but there was a garage sale at a local community club today. They said they were having 136 vendors, which made me think it was going to be more like a craft show than a garage sale. I thought that because it has been true for a few others that I have gone to. Anyway, off I went this morning after my walk in the park. Here's the sign that greeted me at the community club.

The anticipation was huge for me...I really wanted to see if a garage sale was the same as in the U.S.....here it is.....

So, it's similar in that the people had their used goods (and some with new goods) laid out for people to buy. The differences were that there were no prices and it was the most organized thing I've ever seen. Each person (vendor) had a space the size of an 8' table to show their wares. The aisles were clearly marked. It was quite amazing. I managed to purchase something to bring home to my house to remember this day by. :)
