As I walk around Singapore I am amazed at how each building has something to make it be a bit different than the building beside it. Here's an example. This is an apartment building.
This building has decorated the stairway....which is outside the building. I see the stairways being built on the exterior of the building a lot, but this is one of the most decorated ones I've seen yet.
I just thought this building was beautiful. Old, with Chinese lettering, and it sits right beside the building pictured above.
As we were walking along here came a rickshaw. Yep, they are everywhere in the city. This man had a stereo system on his and was "sharing" his music with the world!
We were standing at a corner waiting for the light to change so we could cross the street and I turned around and ta-da, here were these wooden statues. It was just a normal street corner, not advertising anything or any business.
We were walking along and I looked up what seemed to be an alley way and saw this man sitting there. I just thought it was a serene picture in the hub bub of Singapore.
